 Yes, all vehicles are wheelchair-accessible. We also offer ambulatory transportation for passengers who do not use wheelchairs. 

You can schedule a ride by phone, email, or text message. 

We recommend booking at least 3 hours in advance. Booking a few days ahead is ideal due to high demand. 

Yes. We accommodate recurring rides for ongoing treatments such as dialysis or therapy. 

Please contact us by phone, email, or text at least 24 hours in advance. 

Currently, we serve private-pay clients only. We plan to accept Medicaid and private insurance in the future. 

 No. One caregiver and one companion may ride along at no additional cost. 

Our driver will arrive on time and provide door-to-door service. If additional assistance is needed (e.g., from inside your home to inside your appointment location), please let us know in advance. 

Yes. All drivers undergo background checks and are certified in:

HIPAA compliance

First Aid and CPR

Wheelchair securement and safety

PASS (Passenger Assistance, Safety & Sensitivity)

Yes, we provide same-day service based on availability. Please contact us to check for openings. 

Please notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust your pickup time accordingly. 

Inform us during booking. A minimal wait fee may apply if the delay exceeds 15 minutes.

Yes, transportation is available on weekends and holidays with advance reservation. However, we advise calling us in advance to check availability.
